Return Policy

The customer can return the purchased product through Petland e-store under specific conditions:

 

  • 1. The item could be returned within a period not later than 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • 2. The item must be in the same condition as purchased (not used or opened).
  • 3. If the item is damaged the delivery fee shall be refunded.
  • 4. The purchase amount will be refunded to the card that has been used for purchasing the item.
  • 5. The purchase order can be canceled or deleted by canceling it Via Petland e-store within 1 hour or you will be charged for the shipping fees.
  • 6. For orders consisting of several products, a return order cannot be registered for one item until the entire order is delivered
  • 7. The amount cannot be refunded by any of our physical stores but only through the e-commerce team (via E-commerce platform/Website, email or phone call)
  • 8. Products that are not sealed and do not have a barcode cannot be returned.
  • 9. Placed orders can be returned but not exchanged. In case if you wish to exchange an order the order shall first be returned and then you must place a new order to get the replacement
  • 10. In normal return process, the return shipping fees will be charged from the total amount and then the rest will be refunded.
  • 11. If the order total amount is not covering the sufficient shipping fees, a link will be sent to you via email to place the payment and then the return process will take place.
  • 12. If the customer picked up the order from the store and wanted to return, they must return it to the same store or submit a new ticket online through the same customer account.(Return fee applies)
